The staff are very friendly. I would like to mention Deny, a waiter at AJ Brandon restaurant, whom I find especially and naturally friendly and efficient at his job. The entire hotel is clean and the food at the restaurants is delicious. Beautiful swimming pool.

I like the service. All of the staff I've encountered during my stay were friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel thas is bustling. I just needed to turn right from the inside elevator, I could cut through the route to the mall via access from Matahari Dept Store. Not needing to go out facing possible weather havoc. At the price I am paying, bath tub is available, for me it is a steal.
