Exceptionally clean. Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop.

This was the perfect hotel for our first trip to Jakarta. The location was great- close to the bus stop, many malls and walking distance to Monas and even the train station. The attention to detail was impressive. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The breakfast buffet had many options and they always seemed to be refilling it. I appreciated the ability to do laundry and they even had free soap. The gym had two treadmills, weights and a few yoga mats. The staff were so kind!

I liked everything about this hotel. The bed was comfy, the room very clean. The breakfast was also good and had a very good price for what it offered. The internet was fast, it was even good enough for working from the hotel. The staff were very well trained. The location was amazing, very close to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. I would 100% come again.

I can't remember how many times I have stayed in Ashley chain hotels - here and at other places. Ashley has always been my first choice of hotels whenever I have work to do in Jakarta. All of my stays have always been wonderful. This time, the front desks upgraded me to Executive Room - a pretty modern room with a great view.     The breakfast spread was good. Location wise also not bad since its only few meters away from Bundaran HI MRT and there is a big bust stop in front of the hotel (Thamrin Bus station). However, this hotel is sharing the building with offices (at Menara Topas). So, the room layout is a bit disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. The room is small and simple. The toiletress provided was very basic, only shower cap, dental kits and small basic neccessities. No body lotion etc.

    Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was big - paid for an extra bed for our daughter which easily fitted in. Location was great to walk to local restaurants and great department store.
