Overall, it is a great place and service with attention to all minor details. The staff, every one of them, is some of the friendliest and most supportive hotel staff I dealt with. They are all nice and professional and try to support in every way. Special thanks to Mai and Jessy for their great leadership, attentivness and support. I didn't book breakfast, but ordered some dinner and appetizer options. The taste and presentation were on point. They also offered numerous complimentary snacks and drinks which was a lovely gesture. On my birthday, they surprised me with a beautiful cake and a message :) and many of them wished me a happy birthday. That was truly nice of them. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean with great design for comfort. I definitely loved my stay there and would be back if I'm in Lombok again.

Pretty average hotel for an Aston.. A dreadful amount of strong spray used throughout.. The front staff were helpful and courteous.. Breakfast was very average.. A let down overall for a chain of hotels that generally has higher standard.

My wife eye drops were missing and had been taken from the fridge Also other missing items from the fridge was a bag of dates and a bag of dried fruit We told the management about it they investigate they came with nothing they failed to find similar eye drops we were left without eye drops
