From front office to housekeeping, room dining, in restaurant dining, all staff are exceptionally well-trained and good at their job. keep up the good work. The food was good and made to our taste. The games room was good for nights indoors due to the rain. The front office arranged a very quick transfer for us within Lonavala.

This is over rated property. Never book this at any cost. Room are very old. No proper lights in room. Breakfast is charged extra 1000 per person and it is not mentioned while booking. people are big fraud. There are zero activity in resort. pool is not clean in morning. Total waste of Money.
