The aesthetic of the place is phenomenal. The quality of our stay was elevated by their exceptional hospitality and well thought out service. The executive chef made sure we had a delicious meal every time we dined there and the staff ensured our delightful stay. I stayed with my family including parents , in laws and 2 children . It’s clean , quiet, peaceful and perfect for families. The facility has a great view of the waterfront . The staff was very friendly , cooperative and considerate to our needs. A great thumbs up to the security manager - Anthony Shaji , the general manager - Jibi , the reception staff , housekeeping staff and restaurant staff . Thank you for making our stay memorable .

    Low quality build with little attention to detail. Swimming pool was bug ridden and with exposed wiring. Sun loungers were limited and felt like this hotel should be a lot better from the listing, and for the high cost we paid. Had much better accommodation for half the cost of this place. The bar is hidden in a sweaty dark room, not good for a social drink. No refreshments available, water provided in rooms. Food was lovely. Good location and friendly staff let down by the poor quality accommodation.
