Our family staycation in Accord High land ooty was very good. The hospitality of the staff was great and our requirements were met within a short time. The restaurant was nice and kids friendly food was always available. The highlight is the view from the hotel dine in area and beautiful lawn with multiple indoor/outdoor activities. High tea in the evenings is the best time to enjoy the view with a cup of tea. Room service was top notch and quick to respond. Special Thanks to the team ( Sivakumar & Gautham) conducting fun activities and indoor/activities, they were very kind and helpful. Thanks to the reception team and special mention to the receptionist Rithu mam for her kind service and hospitality.

Great location. Easy accessibility to the local attractions. Had good quality horse riding options… the gym was available till 9pm for us. Amazing customer service. Entire staff gave us great attention, gifts and catered to our special needs of NRI kids food requirements.

The staff was very courteous, rooms very beautiful and specious , beautiful British architecture of the property gives unique experience, walls of the hallway are adored with old newspaper articles dating back to 1898 reading them was fascinating experience.
