it’s clean indeed the stuff was so helpful and kind with smiles on their faces i liked the airport transportation i rescheduled it many times and they were so helpful each time but you have to keep remind them about some showering items (gel, slippers, tooth paste ) and also extra blankets

In short note!!! I’m unhappy didn’t find that great hotel in my last two trip to ERBIl . It’s a hidden gym in the city … comfortable room, bed& bathroom with all amenities.. so clean , Just book suite if you prefer city view .. well designed big lobby with coffee bar corner , luxurious vibes, delicious breakfast, a very decent hotel, everyone so kind with smiley face .. They offer car parking . hotel near Sami park ,Baktyari twin towers, ministry of justice . It’s in very safe area &so safe for solo traveler’s women. Plus all that they allow me late check out at 2 pm as I was really sick couldn’t couldn’t catch check out earlier appreciated

Staff and accommodation was excellent. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and housekeeping did thier job as rooms and amenities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with different menu each day and variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located nearby dining options and shopping. I had to extend my stay due to unexpected illness and was there for almost 10 days. I felt very safa and comfortable and staff and management were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel

    The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Specially Rasul, Hamza from Reception . I also met the owner of the hotel, Kaka Dedawan A very nice, respectful man Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. I was very pleased with my stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
