This place was classy. We loved the valet parking, the ambiance, everything about our room, elevators and the help of the concierge Giulio. The breakfast was outstanding. Absolutely delicious. Efficient service. Very modern bathroom. My flight was changed by ITA so had to have a 4am wake up call. Taxi at 4.45 and all on time. They even had a packed breakfast waiting for me at check out. Restaurant on site...excellent

Lovely ladies at reception. They helped me so much by answering all my questions and concerns. I had injured foot and needed a bit of assistance, I got so much support from them, one lady in particular, can’t remember her name. She was such a sweetheart, has done so much for me. Thank you!
