Similar to other reviews, I was a little worried by the outdated photos but this hotel exceeded my expectations by far! Our attic room was very modern and spacious actually. Location was excellent right next to the bus and ferry stops. Can pay 15€ for an all day ferry pass to visit the central lake areas (eg Bellagio and Varenna). Hotel amenities, staff support and breakfast all exceeeded expectations! Cannot recommend more. Also the resto isn’t too shabby.

A dream! No words, no photos can even begin to describe the feeling of being here… all I can say is, I will come back! thank you to the amazing staff, all wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant, the best pasta m, Chianti and pizza we’ve had in Italy. Truly, I can’t recommend it enough.
