What an exceptional place. A spacious room (tent) with everything you need, it's so cool to see how well it's built. The whole place is designed beautifully. The sauna is incredible! Everything feels cozy and intimate, and we enjoyed this quiet corner of Naoshima. We rented 2 electric bikes and it was a quick 5 minute ride from Miyanoura Port (the Western port of the island). It's very easy to bike around the island from one side to the other, and it truly is a magical place with exceptional art (in the museums and all around). The tents are literally 50 meters from the beach, in which you are allowed to bathe. It's a magical experience. We had a great barbecue dinner in a private hut next to our room. The fire later in the night is also a fun feature of the place :) And the view of the ocean in the morning is worth everything!! Thank you to the wonderful staff that made our stay so lovely, especially Brandon and Riku :) The only regret is that we booked just one night!!

The access to the onsen nearby was incredible and something I wasn't aware came with the room! The proximity to the train and ferry stations is also unbeatable. The hotel has a lovely lobby and shared space with free tea and was super comfortable to do work on my laptop.

Perfect location, right next to both train stations and port. Nice and clean rooms with a nice view. Only complaint is the lack of a fridge, or rather lack of a powered fridge.

So this place looks like a great 70's design updated to 90's? Feels really spacious - big junior suite which was great (2 toilets!) - everything you need. We stayed 4 nights. Location is about 15 mins by bus (stop outside hotel) from central station but quite well serviced with Family mart, French bakery, and restaurant nearly next door. They do dinner some nights - our bouillabaisse was alright and waiter tried hard. Having windows that open (see I told you it was older style) is great! Very polite reception staff.

Love the newly renovated rooms on the top floor. Designed with details in mind, great space and layout. We also really appreciate how thoughtful the hotel is and provided us with all sort of skincare products and amenities. Wonderful Japanese quality!
