The location can seem a bit inconvenient but it's right in the middle of Tokyo/Ginza, Shibuya, Ikebukuro and Ueno so i personally thought it was nice. It was a bit far from the subway but it wasn't too bad. If you are planning on coming back to the room more than once, yes it could be a bit inconvenient; however, for someone like me who leaves in the morning and comes back at night, it wasn't a problem at all. In addition, the room was spacious and really nice. 4 beds, a nice table , a really nice bathroom and a kitchen made this room a perfect room. It's really important after walking through the city and walking 20K+ steps and come back to the room and have a nice bath and relax so you can get refreshed for the next day.
