Location is perfect, only a short walk from the Kyoto Station with several convenience stores nearby. The room is comfortably large and has everything you need! There's a washer-dryer, microwave and you can even cook if needed as they have all the necessary utensils. The room had large floor to ceiling windows but no direct view to outside, though it's not a problem as it's designed nicely and fits the relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located, has a number of very good restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, modern, very comfortable and well equipped, light and airy. The common area has been very well thought out, with cooking and heating facilities, a good size refrigerator, as well as glasses, plates, etc even clingwrap for use. A comfortable sitting area and table and chairs too. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The atmosphere and ambiance made for a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

The check-in counter is near the station and very convenient. Nice, calm and quite place to stay.(even there is road in front with cars passing)
