One of the best hotels we’ve been to! Amazingly beautiful, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. All the facilities were also great - both saunas, the pool, the beach. Th only thing that was missing for us was the bigger territory to have a nice walk, but all in all the hotel was amazing and we recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is good for a staycation. They have all the amenities for relaxation. Beds are comfortable, good breakfast, toilets have bidets, nice and comfortable bathrobe. Staff are very accoommodating especially Aina, she is wonderful and very helpful not only in explaining about the amenities and facilities of the hotel but she also helps us with our transportation around the Burabay Lake as well as going back to Astana.
