Disappointing Stay - No AC and No Willingness to Help I'm really disappointed with our experience at Trio Hotel in Ulcinj. The room had no working air conditioning during a very hot period, which made it extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. We reported the issue immediately, and each time we were told that a technician would be coming - but no one ever showed up. Despite multiple complaints, the staff did not offer to move us to another room or provide any real solution. Their lack of concern and unwillingness to accommodate us was very frustrating. This is not the level of service one expects from a hotel, especially during peak season when comfort should be a priority. I would not recommend staying here unless you're okay with poor service and no air conditioning in the summer heat.also no the pool was not inspected or cleaned. My daughter got sick with nausea for the pool water. There was no phone in the room for any service.

Hotel Layka in Ulcinj was a fantastic find! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Great location. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the whole place had a relaxing vibe. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ulcinj!

It was a fantastic vacation! Spacious apartments with everything you need, beautiful and quiet area around, private parking and amazing swimming pool! Everyday cleaning! Really nice owners are always ready to help and advise! There was no washing machine in the apartment, but you can give things to the laundry. Such an cozy island of peace and rest.

Great villa/hotel with a great choice of apartments, clean, quiet, amazing views of the whole town, parking available, they have a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Great staff, very kind. You should try a restaurant run by the family Tati, it's located on the upper level, try fillet medallions. Delicious. If you are first time in Ulcinj, with a car, the streets are small, do not get upset, you will manage it! Still beautiful and worth visiting! And also very good and affordable prices at Tati! Enjoy!
