I'm really upset when I enter the room. It's a Classic Room but not the same as in the picture. They gave me a room with a small balcony with a dirty floor and a very terrible view it's behind the road and an abandoned building. Then I go back to reception and ask to change rooms. I asked for the room front view which I booked in booking.com. Then the receptionist said all was fully booked. I was very upset when I heard that. Then said only villa were available . I have no choice I take villa then paid extra RM 200.00 for that. This is 1st time I get very bad experience after I booked room in booking.com
