Check-in was extremely quick and friendly; I was able to enter the room at 2:30 PM without waiting. The family suite was excellent — very spacious, impressively clean, beautifully designed, with three balconies and a large master bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower. Breakfast was satisfying, Wi-Fi was fast, and the hotel’s private entrance directly to the shopping mall was extremely convenient. The location is very close to Jonker Street; I didn’t walk there because of the strollers, but it seems very easy to access for those who wish. Overall, the stay was comfortable, welcoming, and exceeded all expectations.

Strategy location: riverside just across the street, jonker walk within 5 mins walking distance. Parking area: 5mins walkinng distance to hotel. There was no physical TV in my room, but the setup with home projector cinema is great!
