The manager when we checked in awesome guy that's how front office should be.I lost my earlier booking under trip.com very bad ,I made a typo error on the date and they could not accommodate me to change the date which was actually the next day I'm so furious I told all my contact not to book under forte 4 seasons mozzaz the agent very bad.

    We liked the location of the hotel as well as all the facilities of the hotel. Additionally, we had requested for an updgrade to one bed room apartment, which was accepted. The room provided was big and all the utensils and cutlery provided were clean and of good quality. Breakfast provided was also quite nice; the freshly ordered items were nicely prepared and served. The restaurant staff was quite warm and welcoming.
