I had a privilege to stay at Villa Vista with my husband, and i must say i was captivated by its architecture, stunning interiors and gorgeous design that exude luxury and sophistication. Every detail, from the elegant furnishings to the carefully curated artwork, creates an ambiance that is both inviting and opulent. The staff at Villa Vista truly embody the essence of hospitality. They are incredibly humble and accommodating, providing service that rivals international standards. Whether it was a simple request or a more complex need, the team was always ready to assist with a warm smile, making me feel valued and well taken care of. Cleanliness is paramount in any hotel stay, and Villa Vista exceeded our expectations in this regard. The entire property was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Additionally, the security measures in place were reassuring, allowing me to relax and enjoy our time without any concerns. The ambiance of the hotel is simply amazing. It strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, making it an ideal retreat for anyone looking to unwind. Clean, comfortable property offering good-sized rooms and delivering great value for money. Very polite and helpful staff, especially Usama at the front desk and the housekeeping team. Solid breakfast spread with plenty of tasty options. Good service standards same as other Hotel One properties (I've stayed at a few of them). Nice central location so you're just a few minutes away from most spots — whether that's Centaurus for shopping or the Margalla Hills trails for hiking. There's a mosque a few steps away as well.

    Excellent hotel, very good location. Most 4 star hotels are more like 3 stars, but this actually felt like a 4 star hotel. Excellent service from the staff, as soon as I pulled into the parking the staff took out bags. They took the keys of my car and took care of the parking, and (as I was short of time) they took and got it washed for me. The place, and room, was immaculate. It must have been freshly renovated, exceptional condition. The breakfast was good, with nice seating/courtyard area. A nice stay.
