The staff was super friendly, went to Anse Georgette after check out, staff allowed us to take a shower before leaving with out luggage. Everyone was super lovely

Beautiful scenery. Full of greenery and romantic atmosphere in the hotel. The restaurant is very stunning with a mesmerizing view. Food selection is wide and delicious. My absolute favorite was the buffet breakfasts where they even had some special fruits (red guava) served from Brazil. I enjoyed spending time by the ocean in the liltle corner sitting areas which was perfect for grounding and meditational experience. There are quite a few private sunbeds where one can enjoy every bit of their vacation. I would like to also highlight the beautiful scenery of the resort and attention to details which creates a very unique environment such as the massage hut by the ocean which is partly outdoor. Very special. I really liked the outdoor design and greenery of nature everywhere. Natual and authentic design makes Castello a very outstanding vacation location. Our room was very special and beautiful too. Really enjoyed our scenery from the balcony. If you love kittens one can easily make some new friends too. Regarding the staff Neil will make sure one have their best welcome they could. He is very outstanding with regards to his customer experience and excellence. We are very grateful for all his generous help and kind support throughout our stay.

Village du Pecheur is situated on the beach, where the breakfast/dinner tables are literally in the sand. The vibe and the atmosphere were wonderful. The Anse Volbert beach is beautiful and it's really only a few steps from the property!! (they provide beach towels). The staff was friendly and helped with any little thing we needed. We arrived with a rental car - there are some parking spaces allocated to the guests. The neiborhood is great, there are some shops, mini-market, food truck, etc really close to the Village. We took a half-board option catering breakfast and dinner. Both were really great. Specifically the dinner included a changing daily menu. We found the dishes tasty. Their drinks menu is also impressive. You can also request a body treatment / massage. We were thinking about it but then got sun burnt so that became less relevant... :( They have two buildings, one on the beach and the other on the other side of the road, so please note when booking what you will receive. Also, they have rooms on the ground floor, so if you have issues with that, do take note of that as well when booking... The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The wifi worked well throughout the Village. The AC was working well. It was a lovely stay. I'm happy we chose the place. PS we also stayed later at a luxury resort. If you're looking for luxury or a resort, this is less for you. But I honestly prefer the authenticity of the Village du Pecheur than what resorts have to offer...
