Excellent location. Close to the beach and nightlife but very quiet. Spacious and comfortable villas. Very well maintained. Everything is provided and the staff are excellent. Breakfast is available and plentiful and served in the villa.

I was in room 5, very recommended, with a nice poarch facing the ocean (not a full view but good enough). The staff is amazing, such nice people and will help you with any tho ING you need. Nice pool and roof to relax if that is what you are looking for. Very nice, small family hotel. Highly recommend.

Beautiful grounds in a quiet and scenic hillside area, but only 12 to 15 minutes ton everything in Hua Hin. We had a three bedroom villa that was roomy, well-furnished, and gorgeous. Each of the three bedrooms (two were king bed rooms, one a twin bedroom) had their own access and their own bathrooms. One of the bedrooms had a jacuzzi bath. In the middle of the rooms is a large private pool area secluded from outside view. It has a kiddie pool, a jacuzzi pool and the large swimming pool. Also there is a separate onsen (hot springs) pool. The rooms were totally quiet. Their is a separate very large living area and fully equipped kitchen with a huge dining table. The parking lot is large and parking is no issue. There are golf carts to take you to and from your rooms if you chose. Breakfast is basic but with goof quality. Khun Arm, the manager, and her team were wonderful and looked after us very well! .

Breakfast was excellent! There was a great pool with a view, and a nice little garden atrium on the ground floor. Everything was clean, quiet and as you would expect from a good hotel. Food and shops nearby, and we were in town with friends who drove us everywhere so I can't speak about walking distance to other desired spots in town. I'd stay there again for sure.

Staff very efficient and polite. Room and hotel very clean. Crowd at hotel also well groomed and polite. Hotel buffet Breakfast was adequate. Easy to grab food in. Opposite road got laundry - wash, dry, fold for u. If want self service, along same road has cheaper options. 2 massage shops nearby. 7-Eleven 40 steps away. Pool was great and water was nicely cool yet warm in June. Booked the only 2BR unit. Dumbell layout and huge. Good for bonding and relaxation. Convenient location to get to all places - Pala U Waterfall, Khao Hin Lek Fai Viewpoint, Market Place Mall and more.

Recommended = YES , you will look hard for better There is water and snacks in the room, a lovely staff, it is close to everything, and it is a 7-minute leisurely walk to the beach. The rooms are clean and fresh, modern, and up to date. its hard to find any faults for the price. Outside the bar on the road to watch the world go by, the pool is a little small but good enough for a swim. Bed med-soft with good pillows

    A lovely and stylish hotel in takiap. The area is quiet, there is everything you need. It is not close to the city center, but there is a personal free bus 3 times a day (takes and picks up). The room is large, deluxe with a view of the pool, there is a bath and shower, as well as a bathrobe, slippers and accessories. A gorgeous pool, everything is convenient. Excellent breakfasts. I'm staying here for the 2nd time, I recommend it to everyone
