This is my second time at Woodlands. Both times I stayed in the Executive studio. Beds are great, has all the amenities one needs. Toothbrush, paste, iron, cups, plates etc. Its for long stay so its like living in an apartment with a kitchen. Great place for me and my two sons. We only stayed one night but this place is kind of my go to place in North Pattaya. Right across the street from Terminal 21 and its also very family oriented. Its not cheap but worth the price is you can splurge a little. The locations is the key but the room set up is large and has two TVs. Very clean and well-kept. I didn't try the breakfast this time as my sons and I wanted to splurged a little and had breakfast at La Baguette. The restaurant they own on the front. Its a bit pricy but well worth it. Probably one of the best breakfast I had in a very long time. For me and my two 8yo sons the bill came out a little over 2,000b. Coffee was good, juice was natural, pancakes well platted and proper use of good ingredients as well as the Premium breakfast I had. Staff was nice but wished they were a little friendlier and not as aloof. But professional regardless. One last thing I like to give a mention is to Khun YO. The front lady who checked me in. She was kind, funny and personable. A great start for arriving at Woodlands after a 3Hour drive from Bangkok. I work as and F&B in a hotel in Bangkok for the last 15 years. Usually when you arrive at a Hotel the perception starts when you arrive at the property. How clean it is, how well its kept, and staff usually makes a huge difference in the overall experience of the stay. So she did an excellent job.

The Pool was great. Probably the best part of staying at this hotel. Large and has 2 sliders for young kids. The property itself caters to about 99% Russians/Eastern Europeans. Lots of families with young kids so its quite family friendly. Location was also good, a local restaurant right across from hotel for cheap and local food. And across the street from Terminal 21. The staff was very nice and all were polite.

I was told I had to pay 100 baht for using the pool on July 24th. Extra fees were not listed on original booking.com website. On July 25th the hitel staff refused to recognize that I had a paid informed booking at the hotel from Juky 25th to July 29th. Dhe called the police in Pattaya and the police told me I had to leave. Confirmation number 551 486 3863. I called customer service and I gave her my name. She asked for the confirmation number however when I asked her to persuade the hotel to accept my reservation at Ekaluk Place Inn in Pattaya, she hung up. I asked for an email address so I could send her an email with the confirmation number. She just hung up.
