The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Their afternoon snack service was more like a dinner buffet, - so many food options, both local and international ones. We're so satisfied.

The hosts are incredibly sweet and lovely people. I requested a late check-in and they were very accomodating as well as understanding when I ended up having to arrive even later than I originally expected because of transportation issues. On the day I checked out, one of the hosts kindly offered me a fresh green onion bun while I waited for my taxi. Although my Mandarin is very limited, it was very nice chatting with them. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and modern. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in in Taiwan while still being reasonably priced. The shared common area and outdoor garden on the first floor is a cute space to hang out in, and they have a coffee machine and water refilling station that are free to use. The location is a little farther out from the city center, but many of the main attractions in the city are still within walkable distance (30 mins or less walk).

Hostess was very accommodating and very helpful. She had many links of local places to eat that she sent to us. Small touches throughout the stay were very much appreciated: electric tea kettle in the room, bottled water easily accessible, tea bags available in room, small in room humidifier, etc. Parking was easily accessible. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
