The facility was very clean and comfortable. We messaged the a few days before arrival and asked for a room near the elevator due to a knee injury. They changed the room seamlessly and we ended up two rooms away from the elevator. Very pleased!

There was a very upset customer at desk. They were upset because shuttle was late. The lady at desk handle the crazy customer so well. I congratulated her on her professionalism. She gave him two cookies. The sugar fixed solved problem.

I like the way the front lady was so efficient and explained the check in process. She was also very courteous and she is so knowledgeable.
