The resort was definitely an ideal retreat place. It's located in the middle of a preventive forest thus surrounded by a lot of greeneries. The campus of the resort also has a lot of trees as well. The room was spacious, clean and well isolated. We had a very good sleep after a long time here. The staffs were very attentive. They always foresaw our needs to commute between the reception and the restaurant in order to arrange the electric shuttle to pick us up. Food was not mesmerizing but taste fine.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The food was consistently excellent, with a wide variety of options to enjoy. The seafood, in particular, stood out—the lobsters and crabs were fresh and flavorful, with the Singapore Chilli Crab being an absolute highlight of our dining experience. Beyond the food, what truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. A special word of thanks goes to Matthew, who went above and beyond to take care of us. His thoughtfulness and dedication made a real difference, and we are grateful for the outstanding service he provided.
