Excellent property. very nice garden extremely well kept, same for the swimming pool and all facilities. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom also. Our host, Chere, very kind and assisted us in everything, including recommendig a very good restaurant. Summarizing, a perfect stay, we would like to stay longer.

Aan de Oever Guesthouse should be rather called a "boutique hotel". The family room we were allocated exceeded our expectations. Great, family atmosphere. Great view of the mountains. Ideal place for a stopover en route and short visit to the town. It's good to support a family business instead one of the larger hotel chains for a change.

Absolute gem! Very nicely appointed, generously big rooms with extraordinary attention to details and personal touches. The estate as well as the food is top notch. Make sure to ask for a sunset Picknick with the Land Rover. Francois the General Manager also is a total beauty! Highly recommend!

This guesthouse is a true jewel. It is clean and charming. Staff is so friendly and the location is perfect. On top of this there is a pool and a private parking. We didn't try breakfast as we were in a hurry but it looked really inviting. I recommend spending at least one night in Swellendam as it is a lovely town. Great value for money.
