The little house was very clean and appointed. A good amount of privacy and the private soaking pool was excellent. Screens and AC but no bugs for us anyway. Quiet area very close to center of town with places to eat and beach toys to rent. No neighborhood barking dogs. A restaurant called La Carrera very close by was easily the best place we went to on the whole trip. We went 3 times. As a spoiled American that is picky about food, it would be a go to even at home in the US. Good cellular service.

The breakfast surprised me as I was expecting a typical American breakfast, but we had an excellent buffet with a variety of eggs, bacon, cheeses, fruits, etc. The breakfast really exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy parking, and the hotel is located on the best beach in Saint Martin, Bikini Beach in Orient Bay. The location of the hotel is truly privileged, with several good restaurants nearby, a supermarket close by, and many places to have lunch by the sea. The hotel provided excellent chairs and umbrellas.
