I arrived in Australia after a 29 hours flight and having lost my suitcase. The people at the reception checked me in upon my arrival (9am) and offered me breakfast. Comfortable room, impeccable cleaning, good breakfast options, nice food and cocktails at the bar. But the people of the hotel made my stay unforgettable, always ready to help with the smile:) Thank you!
