It’s a perfect location, in the center of Bansko and about 5 min walk from the gondola. There is a shuttle in the morning and afternoon that picks you up/ drop off to the ski lift. The hotel has great facilities- a lovely lobby area with board games, books, you can buy Fast lane ski pass( which has been great during the busy days), Spa and pool, big ski room, a small Kids Club. Lovely staff- everyone from lobby, restaurants, spa, and special thanks to Maria that accommodated all our needs and noticed her being friendly and profesional with all guests. Very good food- breakfast but also Lobby restaurant, a la carte and even buffet dinner. Will come again.

Misho on the reception was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel.

Grand Hotel Bansko is a 4-star hotel complex in Bansko, located at the foot of the beautiful Pirin Mountains and a 5-minute drive away from the ski lift. Shuttle service to the ski slopes is also available and is free of charge. Friendly staff, clean facilities, huge parking lot. Both SPA and Fitness were clean and big enough. It was not too crowded and it was exceptionally clean everywhere. Food was fresh and tasty as well. The room was very big and we had some small surprises. Our friend received a birthday compliment on top of that. Overall, everything was exceptional. Great value for money

The accommodation offers a hot tub. You can play table tennis at this 4-star hotel, and the area is popular for hiking and skiing. This new concept of hotel is what I was really missing in a "standart" hotel. You are treated as family from the moment you get in. Although it might not be perfect, they way you feel in it is worth it all. They really care about you, really care, not just out of the protocol. They call it a "social hotel" but not as a gimick but remind us that we are social human beings and return us to the things we were missing so much. I love this place. The eating outside (which was above delicious), kids playing next to you, music playing, the water from the pool, the river next to you and the grass lots. The location is perfect, easy parking, few steps and you cross the bridge of the city center, the cinema was a great feature too. Again 11/10!
