The check-in was very smooth, he explained to us everything, he was especially helpful, cheerful and sophisticated. I loved the great hospitality, I will repeat it and I strongly recommend it.

The view is breath taking. The breakfast was such a smart idea to be served in picnic baskets behind the door. We Loved Everything and looking forward to go back.

Due to heavy rain, the train from Grindelwald to Interlaken was cancelled, but she was able to show us how to get on the replacement bus, which was a great help.
