Very comfortable and clean room which suited us perfectly. The hotel and its surrounds were perfect for sightseeing and going out in the evening for a family meal or to the opera show. The staff were so kind and thoughtful and we felt really welcomed here. Best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel in China too!

The resturaunt is delicious with some of the best food we had on our trip. The air conditioner was ice cold and the shower water was hot. The beds were comfortable and we had great pillows. The courtyard was cozy and comfortable.

Our credit/cash cards and did not work. Booking.com did not charge in advance which was usually done from other hotels where we stayed. So during check in, were left in limbo. The kids were tired and hungry. The senior receptionist/manager told us that they can allow us to stay 1 night as we are staying 6 days. The next day we were able to sort our bank problems. Then again, on our trip to the Panda base, the Didi app failed us. So, Mr Manager booked the ride for us. During checkout, he refused to be paid but we insisted. As for the breakfast... It was perfect. Better even from any other the 5 star hotel breakfast we've ever been. It was mostly schezuan cuisine but very tasty. There is a noodle station as well with dumplings. Overall, It was a perfect stay for us.
