Our experience at Queen Cleopatra Boutique Hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us not just like guests, but like family. Mufa and Mizu were absolutely phenomenal – incredibly kind, attentive, and available 24/7 for anything we needed. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made all the difference; they really felt like brothers to us throughout the stay. The location is simply breathtaking. The rooftop terrace is something out of a dream: you have the Sphinx right in front of you, the pyramids rising behind her, and a panoramic view that is magical at any time of day. Breakfast on the terrace was unforgettable, with the sun lighting up the desert and the pyramids in the background. And the best part? You can access the rooftop whenever you want – morning, evening, late at night. Sitting there under the stars, watching the pyramids in silence, was one of the most special experiences of our trip. Everything about this place felt authentic, warm, and truly welcoming. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers not just a room, but a meaningful and memorable experience, this is it. It’s so clean and cozy place with a great service and stunning view on pyramids. We are so grateful for the staff for such good work and warm welcome. Second time choosing this hotel and so happy. Asked for baby crib in advance and upon arrival a good quiet room with crib was ready. Dream for mama!)) I’m working in a big resort in Sharm el Sheikh and lots of hotels from there need to take an example of hospitality from this small lovely place. Keep going. Definitely well recommended hotel and for us to come back again

Owner Amr and his family is very kind and generous. Although we arrived very early at 5 am, he managed a room and served breakfast without asking extra. The room is clean and comfortable. It is near Pyramids. You will be fully satisfied with your stay.
