Excellent service, especially Carmina at reception with really useful information about venues and restaurants in Palma. Position is 15 minutes of easy walk to the downtown. Breakfast is simple but you can eat as much as you can.

Rooms very clean and comfortable and well equipped with kitchen appliances. All staff were courteous and friendly. Location is excellent just steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants as well as the bus stop (bus A11 direct to Palma airport and bus 104 direct to Palma centre). The Eroski supermarket is less than a 5-min walk. Would recommend for a pleasant stay.

We were welcomed with a refreshing drink, and as soon as you arrive at the hotel, you’re already treated to a stunning view of the beach. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and were delighted to receive an upgrade to a beachfront room. All I can say is that on our next visit, booking a sea view room will definitely be worth it — it’s absolutely beautiful, and you might even have the chance to enjoy the sunrise right from your balcony. We were truly happy with the upgrade. The food was very good, both at breakfast and dinner. The staff was always kind, attentive, and helpful. It’s the kind of hotel where you can relax, enjoy the beach, take walks — there’s a lot to do and enjoy. We didn’t choose the all-inclusive option, but it seemed very nice. We also explored the surrounding area; there’s a lovely stretch where you can walk along the seafront. The spa was also very pleasant — the sauna with an ocean view is absolutely spectacular.

Just 500 ft from Alcudia Beach, Grupotel Marítimo offers 2 outdoor pools and a tennis court. The relaxation zone includes an indoor pool, hot tub and massage service.

Great breakfast and dinner buffets. Staff very friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Perfect location for bike rentals, car rentals, getting to and from the airport by bus! (But to be honest, didn't love the area of El Arenal- very touristy and much nicer areas on the island than here! No fault of the hotel though at all!) Enjoyed the tennis and ping pong too! The spa facilities were amazing as well!

Fantastisk staff. The girls in the reception were amazing. So helpful and sorted out a quick change of our room to an amazing room with garden and double terrace. Always friendly and with a smile. The bar and bar manager was awesome. A bartender that knows his stuff. Wonderful cocktails. Big thanks to them for a wonderful evening. .
