The place is very neat and the host was so kind and helpful. We stayed when it was 97f 36c and it was warm but not unbearable amazingly! It would be a wonderful place to stay in winter I’d imagine! The room, bed, shower, everything was the nicest of our entire trip around France! Wonderful wonderful stay!

I stayed here for a week while attending the language immersion program at Coeur De France. The house (which I am guessing was probably built near the 18th century) has been fully restored with modern amenities yet maintains the look and feel of the original structure. It is comfortable, well equipped for a stay of weeks or months, and provided a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a day of activities. Alice invites her guests for a tour of their family’s winery, Domaine Reverdy Ducroux. I highly recommend it. The tour was very informative, the family members gracious in their time and knowledge of their wines, and of course their wines were fantastic. Should I ever be so lucky to return to Sancerre or the Loire Valley region I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was just as mentioned and so clean and well appointed. The new bathrooms were so lovely! We enjoyed a wine from the Domaine as well as a tasting at the winery. The views were amazing and the outdoor space was so comfortable.
