The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable, the bathroom was beautifully decorated, and the room very clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. It was such a beautiful yet quirky property! The room was stunning with the most gorgeous views over the cove. The bay windows were exquisite. It was truly mesmerising. The room was beautiful & fully equipped with, tea, coffee, cookies. There were lots of lovely toiletries & towels. The shower had fabulous pressure, really roomy and felt great. The bed was enormous & one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The hosts, Christopher and his wife Jayne were the most hospitable people ever. Gave us lots of advice about walking in the area and a little bit of history also. They were lovely people, warm and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! A large big hearty English breakfast with lovely big cafetière of delicious filtered coffee. The hosts kindly left complimentary water in the hallway which was really appreciated as it was a particularly hot weekend. There was a bench just across the path from the guest house which looked onto the cove. We even had the pleasure of watching the sunset. The location is simply perfect. I would highly recommend this guest house and we will definitely stay again. Thank you so much Christopher and Jayne for making our stay so special & enjoyable & magical. Absolutely fantastic. X
