Great location, 2 blocks from the main square, on a quiet street. Showers had hot water. Sophia ,the owner s daughter, is adorable. Nice terrace overlooking the city. There is also a kitchen up there, but I never used it. Robert was a very considerate host; he apologised when his other guests woke everyone at 4 am (going on a volcano hike) or when they were talking for hours late at night on their phones, he politely asked them to finish their calls.

Very friendly and kind staff, ideal location in Xela, decent kitchen and a nice breakfast too. The building has lots of character and interesting bits of design, and a homely vibe to it. Laundry service was excellent too. A good option in Xela, but does have some areas of improvement. Good security on the front door + entrance gate.

Comfortable, quiet, clean. Friendly and helpful staff. On a quiet side-street. No real need to worry about safety, etc. Good value for money I felt - I paid 212Qs per night for a spacious room with two external windows on the top floor. Location was fine - 10 min walk to the central square, and if walking on Calle 4 (the main drag in), it felt very safe at all hours.

Beautiful place, great location, very friendly staff, room was decent!

The private deluxe room is spacious and comfortable. There were tables on both sides of the bed, one which had a lamp, which was handy. Not a lot of hostals in Guatemala have bedside lockers, so it was nice to have somewhere to leave my water in the nighttime and then turn off the lamp without having to get out of bed! There is not always someone at reception, but the owner Tom is very responsive and responded to our what's app messages immediately. Location is good. 3 min walk to parque Central.

Very nicely renovated rooms in vintage style. Very clean and comfortable. Very nice owner. Also very nice breakfast with a great view to the city center.
