Clean and no bugs even though tropics and middle of monsoon. Strong AC. Stayed in room both standard and with balcony/terass. Standard is fine with me and will book that next time I stay go to Labuan Bajo for diving. Breakfast is good and they have a selection of preset ones. The garden is really nice with a very nice pool that opens up with views over the landscape. I did use their spafacility as i needed massage after many days diving.

What surprised me the most was their breakfast, which was amazing. They even do fresh waffles. We had dinner at their restaurant once for a specialty they prepared with tuna an was very well impressed.
