I like it all especially on the decorations and friendly staff

The staff were all professional and extremely helpful which was important as I have a child and elderly family member. The main host, Ferdi, was exceptionally supportive as were the rest of the staff.

The staff was very attentive. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking.

The hotel is a gem at Labuan Bajo. Clean, friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast, impressive pools and relaxing atmosphere.

Quiet with great breakfast and restaurant

Overall it was a good hotel for the price and location I would stay again. The pool is small but would be ok for a cool down swim. Maybe change the color of the pool with some lighting it doesn't look clear but it actually is. The enclosed area before you reach the roof top smells you may want to open windows let air in.

The location, pick up and drop service is really convenient. Staff are gentle and open and they will help in anything possible. It’s around the corner from the airport and they can arrange scooters for discovering the island. Very clean rooms and new. Super comfy to sleep.

I absolutely loved this new hotel! It was in an amazing location, right near the water on the main strip. The beds were comfy and room was clean.

My favourite hotel so far in Indonesia given the price point. The room was large, clean and well appointed. There was an area out the front of the room that I could dry my clothes. There is a shared dining area where you can watch the beautiful sunset. Great location in town with plenty of things to do and they'll store your bags for you if you ask.

One of the best places we've stayed in Indonesia! Staff is absolutely incredible and the room was fantastic. Very large bathroom with a huge shower that had great pressure and hot water. Bed was big and really comfortable with lots of pillows. Dining table and chairs were comfortable and perfect for room service, which we ordered 6 out of our 7 nights there as the food was so delicious and the portions were big. Towels and linens were all very clean and smelled good. Complimentary water refill station at the lobby. Drying rack outside, beside the front door. Packets of mosquito repellent were provided in the rooms, along with a mosquito repellent device and pods for the room / terrace area. Mini fridge and A/C worked perfectly.

Superb location before we got our Komodo boat trip. Lovely bar/restaurant with the most gorgeous view onto the sea.

Hotel itself is very beautiful indeed, with absolutely stunning views on the harbour. But most importantly it’s not only a facade, but you would receive a perfect, top-notch service! Everything, from shuttle pick up from airport to the checking out from the hotel was perfect. Staff is very assisting and cheerful. Also would like to express the gratitude towards the Restraunt facilities, vast menu with local and european options. We especially loved the breakfast, great variety of choices! All food we have tried was tasty and very artistically plated. Also I recommend to have Cave Spa experience, the facility design is very unique and have wow-effect, and the service done greatly. I would also like to mention the assistance of Hotel Manager Ray, for his great hospitality and personal support.

Bayview Gardens is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. The views of the bay from within the room and out on the deck was spectacular. The rooms were large and had good air conditioning. Breakfast and other meals were brought to your room.
