My Suite Hotel is located in a panoramic position, near L'Aquila city centre. All rooms are air-conditioned and parking is free. Pet-friendly, staff is professional and cordial. Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and staff was accommodating in making changes.

Offering a terrace and views of the mountain, B&B A Casa di Nonna is situated in Massa d’Albe in the Abruzzo Region, at the foot of Mount Velino. Beautiful accommodation. Very clean and well kept. Delicious cakes and sweets are prepared by Paola who is a super host. Beautiful location in a secluded village close to some beautiful attractions and incredible scenery. Highly reccomended!

Located in Vasto, Baia Delphis Resort has a pool and a restaurant serving Abruzzo cuisine. It offers free lobby Wi-Fi and elegant accommodation with a terrace. This is a gorgeous small resort on the Abruzzo coast. I was there with my husband, a friend, and my three year old daughter. While it is more a "romantic" place than kid-friendly, the staff was extremely kind to our daughter, who loved the pool. The private beach offers the perfect combination of being well-serviced (bar, chairs and umbrellas, and even little rafts to float in the water or lay on the rocky beach) but also not at all crowded. Bring water shoes. The food at the resort is also excellent, including breakfast and dinner.

Hotel Rojan is set in the historical centre of Sulmona. It offers air-conditioned rooms, a snack bar and a 24-hour reception. Wi-Fi in public areas is free. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got some very useful suggestions to eat (great dinner), shop the local confetti and visit the region.

Set in a large park with outdoor pool, these hi-tech apartments feature a private garage, flat-screen TV and furnished patio. Very much a resort style property. Great pool. Great restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner.
