Rooms at this four-star superior hotel feature a cosy bathrobe and slippers and most have a balcony overlooking Mount Kronplatz. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was up for a great stay. The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.

The combination of good food and spectacular scenery made our evenings at the hotel unforgettable. The convenience of public transportation from the hotel to the city center was another highlight. The bus station was conveniently located right in front of the hotel, ensuring that getting around the city was both easy and hassle-free. In summary, my experience at this hotel in Bozen was nothing short of amazing. From the warm and accommodating staff to the delectable dinner, the complimentary city card, and the stunning views, it exceeded all expectations.
