Max was very thoughtful and helped us prepare the GuestPass in advance. The check-in process was smooth, and he also prepared some Loacker Tortina snacks for us. The accommodation was very warm with good heating.
During our stay, I unfortunately twisted my ankle, and Max kindly helped me apply medicine to it. I’m truly very grateful. It’s a very cozy and welcoming place. If I come to Bolzano again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

The room was comfortable, big enough for our needs. Breakfast was amazing. We used the hotel as a base for exploring the Dolomites by car, so in that sense the location was perfect - within easy reach of the roads that lead us to the Dolomites. My daughter loved the swimming pool.
The Interspar supermarket 300m from the hotel is also great.

Gerhard was the best - such an amazing person from the very first moment at check-in! We had a wonderful stay. Our room was on the top floor, warm, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we also ordered dinner which was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

"we do not have "italian" personal in the hotel, from eveyone the mother language is german dialect but italian citizien, so your coment look racists or even without sense.
the cleaning women is not mexican, she is peruvian like i told you.
if the beef you had at dinner wasn´t right, we could change it without problem" To which I must respond that I spoke Spanish with the lovely maid. Sorry I didn't know she is Peruvian, but that's no reason call me racist. I thought Fabian was an Italian name. Again sorry but that doesn't make me racist. Bolzano was stunning , we spent the evening at the Christmas markets , everything was handmade and truly authentic Italian . Delicious food and drinks . Fabulous setting and all the shops really went all out decorating for Christmas. Best experience ever !

Eppan is a great smaller area outside of Bozen. We enjoyed being close to both the city and nature. There was a local market on Tuesday, and the bakeries and restaurants in town were all delicious and staffed with friendly employees. A cool little spot for a trip!

Great place to stay while visiting the beautiful Alto-Adige region. The BZ bus pass is an easy way to get to Bolzano City Center without driving a car. Parking in town is challenging and/or expensive.

Bolzano is a perfect spot for exploring the lower reaches of the Dolomites with very good train connections to Verona, Venice, Innsbruck and beyond.
The old town is gorgeous to walk around and off course the must see attraction of The Bolzano Iceman. Otzi, 5300 year natural Mummy should be number 1 on the 'cannot be missed list'

Wonderful clean spacious room and good breakfast. I loved the fresh figs from the garden. Perfect place for daytrips to Bolzano, the earth pyramids and Seceda (1 hour drive) and other places!
The swimming pool is great and the garden well kept. The hosts/owners are very friendly and made us feel welcome. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room and airconditioning too!

Would like to go back prepared to do the walks and hikes in the area. The old city and market were charming. Loved the Archeology museum and learning about Otzi the Iceman. Cable car and train a great introduction to the possibilities available for future visits.
