Situated in Montego Bay, 500 metres from Doctor's Cave Beach, Hotel Grand A View features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. I noted the staff to be most courteous. Their customer service was impeccable, something I have been quite disappointed with in Jamaica on a whole. It was a breath of fresh air to have staff so genuinely friendly. Will definitely recommend to others and return with family and friends.

The all-inclusive Catalonia Montego Bay All Inclusive offers a private beach, 2 outdoor pools, a spa and casino. Each air-conditioned room has a balcony with views of the sea or tropical gardens. The service was exceptional. I was a bit wary at first because some of the reviews complained about service. But every member of Catalonia staff I encountered was polite and helpful. A few even went way out of their way to help us. I travel a lot, and this was by far one of the best experiences I've had. Also plenty of variety, food-wise in the dining hall.

The Franklyn D Resort & Spa, is a Boutique All-Inclusive, All Suite, Family Resort located right on the beach in Runaway Bay. When booked it says there's a bathtub, there's a kitchen in our two bedroom. It literally says in the room details:" In the well equipped kitchen..." It says it has a mini bar.. no it doesn't. So there was a lot of listed amenities that they actually don't have/provide. Very old and outdated furniture and everything around. Needs a total remodel
