Tried public onsens (indoor and outdoor pools), private onsen, and massage. Wore Yukatas the whole time :) All public and private areas were exceptionally spacious. The staff were very welcoming. There was a shuttle to/from the nearest train station.

The breakfast buffet was good with everything required for a wonderful start to the day. It is a short walk to the old part of the town which is worth visiting. We were very happy with the size of our room and it was very quiet and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

All the staff there are good and kind, the view is incredible and beautiful, like a picture, the room faces the lake, and you can also see the mountains covered by snow.
