Our stateroom attendant -Jesus - was very kind and did a fantastic job, especially when our room key wouldn't work. The pool was nice. It was clean and a decent size - nice place to relax. We never used the restaurant, however from what we saw, the food looked nice.

A beautiful oasis in the heart of Campeche. Everything was immaculate. The rooms are stunning - I don't think these photos do them justice - and so comfortable. The staff couldn't do more for you. Easy parking. The pool is small but perfect for a dip after a day of touring. I would definitely recommend.

Decent bathroom, good water pressure and no problem with flow or temperature. Nice rain style shower head. Coffee and tea in lobby sitting area, breakfast sweet breads. They have done a nice job of updating the lighting in the rooms, lots of potlights built into modified ceilings, wall sconces and outlets by the bed etc. It is Water supplied to room daily and water cooler/heater available in lobby. All staff that I dealt with were excellent, provided directions to attractions and good suggestions for local restaurants inside and outside the wall. Nice hotel that I would recommend to friends.
