A special thanks to the staff for their genuine friendliness and warmth. The restaurant staff were attentive and professional. The cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were stylish, spotless, and everything felt brand new. Every day, they provided us with herbal tea in a thermos. There were many thoughtful gestures from the hotel, from gifts for the kids to a festive breakfast on Christmas morning. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, in a new part of the city. It has easy parking and plenty of shops nearby. If you’re going to Brașov, don’t hesitate to stay at QOSMO!

Hotel Alexandrion Experience rooms features flat-screen TV and they overlook the Carpathian Mountains. The private bathroom features a hairdryer and a bathrobe. The reception and breakfast staff were very welcoming. Breakfast hall is lovely with ample of items to choose from including the omlette station. Water bottles and a vodka miniature were provided for free in each room. I also appreciated the coffee machine and the towel housecoat in the room.
