Everything is clean, cosy rooms, nice pool area, kind staff and good breakfast! I don’t recommend dinner or lunch here, kitchen not so good and not delicious. But for dinner or lunch I recommended to choose another place - Tam Coc kitchen was the best place where to eat, we really love it and it’s near from hotel.

Mua cave was less than a 5 min walk, you can even see it from the property entrance which was very convenient. The free bikes were great because we used them to get to all the attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they even gave us water and a souvenir for our ride back to Hanoi. The room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel staff was kind and helpful, especially Liam who helped us get rides and customize plans for our family. Lovely experience with Tam Coc Retreat.
