The staff are so helpful & friendly. The bed was super comfortable.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and organising tours for guests. Although rather expensive, it gave us the wonderful chance to see the golden sun rise on mount fitz roy without climbing up at 5 am. It is a well set up camp with dining dome and common lounge dome. Martina the host was lovely, took care of everything and told us all about the mountains and climbing them.

Chalten Camp - Glamping with a view is a recently renovated luxury tent in El Chalten, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation features a patio. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. What can I possibly say that will do this place justice. It's barely glamping, feeling like 95% hotel. The staff are exceptional, which is a real achievement as they must feel more exposed to their guests than most regular hotels. The food, again, exceptional. The room, views & shared spaces all doubly so. We had some slight concerns about hot water and bathroom facilities which were absolutely dashed. The log fire, the hot-water bottles, the feeling of seclusion... All just absolutely first class. Sadly we were not too lucky with the weather but if you go and you ARE, I imagine you would be looking for a way to rate this place 11/10.
