The stay could not be better; the camp is very neat, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mr Magdy, the owner. He is very polite and helpful; he cares deeply about all the details. He made my stay effortless and was very helpful. I recommend the camp to my friends, and they will definitely book with him.

Extra facilities include a 24-hour front desk, meeting rooms, a tour desk and housekeeping service. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. Hot water is available on demand or after 6pm. The location is the best thing about the camp, it is right next door to the entrance to the national park so you can get in right when it opens. The camp itself is also frequently visited by animals. We saw crocodiles, hippos, baboons, various species of deer and mongoose to name a few. The owner is friendly and responsive to your needs and even arranged transport to our next accommodation. As a bonus each meal was very delicious and they are flexible with what time you would like to eat. Overall, Talek Bush camp may be lacking some of the frills of the larger lodges but the underlying quality is very high. We felt more comfortable here than at our MUCH more expensive lodge in Amboseli.

Sitting on a shady raised platform facing the Talek river, each luxury tent covers approximately 26sqm and is fitted with a queen size bed or 2 twin beds. It is furnished in the classic style of the grand African safaris; with large four poster beds and reproduction furniture, offset by modern private bathroom with a hot shower; flush toilets and all the necessary amenities. So special place in nice location on the Talek river, many animals around , hippos and crocodiles monkeys and more. The rooms are very clean and have all the facilities you will need. The food is superb. And the staff are very friendly and always happy to help on all what needs. It’s not my first time in Mara but it’s the best place I have ever stay in Mara.

Ballon Safaris Ltd. Office is 17 km from the luxury tent. I dont know where to start, staff is amazing, place is amazing, locationc is perfect, ask for Alex as your guide he is the best we've ever seen mad your experience 100 times better and knew each and every tree in the jungle,this place is situated in the jungle not the sahra, so your experience with the conservatory is different and you are literally right with the animals and gives you a full on experience with the wild. We saw all the animals in our 5 days stay. The food they serve is one of the best ever, fresh, and wonderful, everyday something new.
