Very friendly and welcoming! The hotel was very nice and I was impressed. Even when leaving for a flight before their breakfast they send me off with a collection of what I would have been able to get.

Surrounded by palm trees, just 9 km from Sharm El Sheikh Airport, DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh Sharm Bay features private beach, family entertainment and a range of leisure activities and... The staff especially Mohamed at the front counter treated me exceptionally. The room and facility’s were excellent as well.

From the moment I arrived, Mahmoud Nasr at the reception made me feel incredibly welcomed and like a truly special guest—his hospitality set the tone for a great stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Soho Square, making it very convenient. The staff overall were friendly and pleasant throughout. I’d also like to give special thanks to Ashraf, who was very proactive and helpful by the pool, always ensuring we had what we needed, and Mostafa at the pool bar as well for his nice smile and great service!
