Beautiful gardens around the guesthouse. Very clean and comfortable. Upstairs lounge off bedrooms was very appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of homemade goodies. Great guesthouse in a quiet area. Convenient free parking Highly recommended for a visit.

Það er staðsett í Spa og í aðeins 11 km fjarlægð frá Circuit Spa-Francorchamps. We were based here for two nights for a motorcycle trip and would definitely recommend it. It's a roomy and light apartment, very nicely furnished, in a quiet area with parking and only a 10 minute walk to the town and restaurants. We were very very comfortable here, each having our own good sized room and sharing a large modern bathroom. The beds were a good size and very comfortable with quality linen/ duvet and plenty of wardrobe space. Very nice lounge and kitchen and although we didn't cook it appeared to have everything you could possibly want. The Juliet balcony and large windows in every room enabled us to keep very comfortable as the June temperature was 25 to 30 degrees. We were sorry to leave and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! Many thanks to Denis for providing such a wonderful apartment.

This is a very well equipped appartment in the Center of Spa. Everything one could imagine for a pleasant stay is there. Shops and Restaurants are within short walking distance. For the summer there is a nice terrace with a grill. Justine was very cooperative and quick for a little changement we asked for. Parking is included, only about 50 meters away. We absolutely recommend it! During the daytime, there is some traffic in the street, but only bath- an bedroom are on the street side. And the windows are new and well insulated. At night it was absolutely quiet.

Lovely, spacious apartment, right in the middle of the town. Very clean and furnished to a high standard. The location is handy for all the sights and amenities but there is still not a lot of noise. The secure parking is well worth the extra cost, as it is otherwise very difficult to park in the centre of Spa.
