The food in the Fasano restaurant is incredible, the rooms are incredibly comfortable and spacious, there is a multitude of convenient shops in the complex, the spa service is perhaps the best one I've ever experienced in a hotel. I'd give everything a 10/10 ... except for one thing - the 'included'. restaurant, which I would give a 2/10
